Counseling

I maintain a private counseling practice in Utah where I see clients in person in Kaysville or virtually throughout the state. I also see clients virtually throughout the United States if their state participates in PsyPact (check out this link to see if yours does). I specialize in helping clients who identify as gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, queer, and/or questioning. I also frequently see poly or kinky clients that are looking for an informed therapist.

I take an integrative approach to therapy, focusing on understanding the needs of my clients and integrating the best theories and techniques to match my clients’ needs. Above all, I believe that the center of therapy is a strong relationship between a therapist and client. As such, my approach is warm, empathic, and genuine. I approach each client as unique, paying particular attention to the ways each client relates to me and to their own unique set of identities. I am paneled with Select Health and Blue Cross/Blue Shields insurances or can bill clients out-of-pocket.
